Talon Zinger has been in the world of real estate since 2014 and worked as a sales agent for 7 years before becoming a Home Marketing Consultant.
As a Home Marketing Consultant, Talon works closely with sellers to prepare their homes for the market with staging, photography, virtual tours, 3D tours, marketing materials and more. With her years of experience working with both buyers and sellers, she understands how to optimize a home’s features to attract buyers.
During her years as a sales agent, she won awards such as HCAR’s 2018 Rookie REALTOR® of the Year and Baltimore Real Producer’s 30 Under 30 in 2019. She is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE®), and a Military Relocation Professional (MRP).
She is a highly-driven professional with sharp attention to detail, flexibility to meet her clients’ needs and proven negotiation skills. Delivering her clients an outstanding experience is her passion and her drive for making a positive impact on others’ lives has made her successful in helping her clients navigate the home buying and selling processes.
